Product Accuracy
We strive to ensure product images are displayed as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary depending on monitor settings, and different devices may produce slight discrepancies. We cannot guarantee 100% colour accuracy.
Artwork and Design
Customers must ensure the quality and resolution of any artwork uploaded for printing. We notify customers if the DPI is too low for optimal print quality and recommend a 300ppi PNG file. Low-resolution artwork, particularly at 72 DPI or below, may result in subpar print quality, and we are not liable for issues resulting from poor-resolution artwork. Note that all designs will be converted to CMYK values for printing, which may alter the colour from the original. We recommend designing in RGB for optimal conversion results. If you proceed with low-resolution artwork, we will not be responsible for print quality issues.
Vinyl Printing
We require high-resolution images for vinyl printing and recommend sending us your artwork in black or dark colours for easier tracing. Vinyl designs must not be intricate or delicate, as detailed cutting is challenging. We recommend that design elements be no smaller than 3mm thickness, as smaller elements may not print correctly. Customers must contact us before ordering to verify that their design is suitable for vinyl printing.
Copyrights
You confirm that you own or have the proper commercial licences for any artwork provided to Blue Bear Prints for printing. We are not liable for any copyright infringements resulting from printing customer-provided artwork. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all designs are original or legally free for commercial use.
Registration and Account Management
To access certain services, users must create an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and current information. Account holders are responsible for safeguarding login details and for any activities conducted under their accounts. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at support@bluebearprints.co.uk. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by failure to maintain account security.
Payments
We accept Visa (debit or credit), MasterCard, JCB, Maestro, Discover, Visa Electron, American Express, and all payments are processed in GBP. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors, and we do not store payment details. By completing a purchase, you agree to the third-party processor’s terms. We are not liable for payment disputes or delays and recommend addressing payment issues directly with the processor.
Acceptance of Your Order
After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with order details. This is not an order acceptance, as we reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including unauthorised payments, out-of-stock items, overly complex designs, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activities, inappropriate or offensive content, and orders containing copyrighted materials. Order acceptance occurs only upon dispatch.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Blue Bear Prints is UK-based and ships exclusively within the UK. All prices include VAT, where applicable. Customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes. If international shipping is introduced, customers will be liable for customs duties and taxes, and Blue Bear Prints will not be responsible for packages held at customs due to non-payment.
Printing Methods
Direct to Garment printing uses water based DTG inks. Colour accuracy is not guaranteed due to potential colour shifts in the CMYK process. We print artwork exactly as submitted unless specific adjustments are requested and agreed upon.
Vinyl printing is suited for block-colour logos or text is ideal for 1-2 colour designs. We recommend simpler designs for accurate cuts, and any complex artwork must be approved before ordering.
Sublimation printing is the print process used for homeware items such as mugs, water bottles and coasters. This method is suitable for non-clothing products and may have slight colour variations. Sublimation printing also uses eco-friendly water based inks.
Artwork Alignment and Shift Tolerance
Customers must ensure their artwork is positioned as desired, as we print designs in accordance to how they are aligned in the design tool. While we strive for precise placement, small shifts may occur during production. Positioning is often adjusted by eye for garment printing. Blue Bear Prints is not liable for dissatisfaction due to alignment discrepancies.
Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Refunds or replacements are provided only for items that are faulty, lost, or damaged in transit. To request a refund, refer to our Refund Policy. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, or alternatively as store credit if the original method is unavailable.
Order Accuracy and Changes
We aim to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, availability, and pricing. However, errors or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and amend orders accordingly. Customers should review order details thoroughly, as changes cannot be guaranteed after payment.

Blue Bear Prints is not responsible for third-party site content linked on our website. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. Use of linked sites is at your own risk, and we recommend conducting independent research on these sites.
Right to Terminate
