At Blue Bear Prints, we are committed to eco-friendly printing of garments and accessories. Our whole clothing range is Stanley/Stella which are made from 100% organic cotton and recycled materials. All our other products are also sustainable for the environment.
All our packaging is also fully recyclable, biodegradable or made from recycled Kraft materials. We recycle and reuse as much as possible in order to reduce our impact on the environment and climate change.

Stanley & Stella Clothing
Organic Materials
Stanley/Stella exclusively uses 100% GOTS certified organic cotton for their clothing. Organic cotton reduces water usage, eliminates harmful chemicals, and supports healthier ecosystems.
Recycled Fabrics
Amongst organic cotton they also incorporate recycled polyester and other materials into their garments. Recycling reduces waste and minimizes the environmental impact of production.
Fair Trade Practices
Stanley/Stella ensures fair wages and safe working conditions for all of their factory workers. They collaborate with Fair Wear Foundation to promote ethical labour practices and offer transparency about their supply chain, factories, and certifications.

Our Printing Methods
Direct to garment
All our Stanley/Stella garments on the standard run (Print time 3-5 working days) are printed using the DTG method uses water-based inks which are also vegan friendly. This method uses less ink and expends less energy than other printing methods such as screen printing. The zero-setup waste also eliminates excess inks that would otherwise end up in landfills, reducing the amount of waste produced.
Vinyl Transfer
Our t-shirts on the express printing service are printed using transfer vinyl made from an eco-friendly material Polyurethane (PU) which is a greener alternative to PVC as it doesn't require the solvents being used in the manufacturing process of PVC. Polyurethane is also naturally soft and flexible making it a great option for t-shirt printing.
Sublimation Printing
For our other products such as mugs and reusable water bottles, we print using sublimation inks which is another environmentally conscious method of printing. Unlike other types of inks, sublimation inks do not require the use of chemicals or other hazardous materials in their production which helps to reduce the impact on the environment.
We Support Polar Bears International
Every order placed with us generates a £1 donation to the Polar Bears International charity.
Polar Bears International is dedicated to conserving polar bears by lowering the carbon emissions that contribute to the melting of Arctic Sea ice.
The charity works with a variety of partners including scientists, educators, and local communities to achieve a common goal. Through their scientific research, they provide essential information on polar bears and their habitat. They use this knowledge to inform conservation efforts and to educate the public about the necessity of protecting these magnificent animals. Polar Bears International also collaborates closely with local communities in the Arctic to help them adapt to the ever-increasing changing climate.
