All of the clothing we print on is crafted from premium organic cotton, while our other products are made from sustainable materials. We are also committed to using responsible and eco-friendly printing methods through using water based inks and plastic free vinyl. Our packaging is also plastic free and fully recyclable.
Our design tool accepts PNG, JPEG, PDF files, CSV, and SVG saved files. We recommend a resolution of 150 DPI or higher for a good quality print.
Absolutely yes! If ordering 25 or more of a product with the same design, we can offer a discount for you. Please get in touch so we can provide you with a quote.
Most of our orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24. If you place an express printed t-shirt order with us you will also have the additional options of paying for next day delivery or an eco-friendly same day courier (London areas only) to speed up the service.
We currently don't offer a walk-in or collection service. All of our orders are dispatched straight from our production factory.
Most of our products, other than express t-shirts, have a print time of 3-5 working days before being shipped. Our express t-shirt orders usually have a print time of 1-2 working days before we dispatch. Print times are subject to stock availability and will be confirmed by us at the time of you placing your order.
After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email, we will then let you know once production has started. Once we have printed your order, we'll let you know when it has been dispatched and will provide you with the tracking for delivery. Please feel free to contact us along the way for an update on your order's progress.
CLOTHING - Wash inside out and at 30°C or lower. Do NOT tumble dry to lengthen the longevity of the print and to avoid the design fading or cracking. Iron inside out avoiding the printed area.

As all of our products are custom-made, returns are generally not accepted. However, we do offer refunds or replacements in cases where the product is faulty, lost, or damaged during shipping.
