Thank you for your purchase. At Blue Bear Prints, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the custom nature of our products, our policies include specific guidelines for refunds and replacements. Please read this policy carefully to understand the terms.
Refunds and Replacements
As all of our products are custom-made, returns are generally not accepted. However, we do offer refunds or replacements in cases where the product is faulty, lost, or damaged during shipping. To request a refund or replacement under these circumstances, please contact our support team at support@bluebearprints.co.uk. Our team will assist you through the process to resolve any issues promptly.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests can be made within 28 days of purchase, provided the product is faulty, lost, or damaged. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe may still be reviewed, but approval will be at our discretion. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible; if unavailable, store credit or an alternative payment option will be offered. Please allow 7 days for refunds to process once approved, and note that refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@bluebearprints.co.uk with your order details.
- Our team will review the issue and determine eligibility for a refund.
- If approved, we will process the refund within a week, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.
If a refund cannot be issued via the original payment method, we will offer the refund as store credit or another alternative, based on availability in your region.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Right of Withdrawal, EU customers generally have a right to return goods purchased online within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to goods that are custom-made or personalised according to customer specifications. Since all products by Blue Bear Prints are customised, they are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal. Non-Returnable Items
All custom-printed items from Blue Bear Prints are non-returnable unless they are faulty, lost, or damaged during shipping. Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
Print Quality Over Time
Due to the nature of printing, minor wear over time is expected. This is standard in the print industry.
- Direct to Garment prints - Naturally fades over time with multiple washes.
- Vinyl Transfer prints - May show some creasing and/or peeling at the edges if not washed or cared for correctly. To restore adhesion, turn the garment inside out and press firmly on print area with a non-steam iron.
- Sublimation prints – Gradual fading over time.
No Disparagement Clause
By accepting a refund or replacement, you agree not to disparage Blue Bear Prints, its products, services, or employees in any manner. Disparagement includes making any false or negative statements about our brand.
Release of Liability
By accepting a refund or replacement, you release Blue Bear Prints, its employees, and affiliates from any claims related to the transaction. This release covers all potential causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising from the transaction.
No Admission of Liability
Acceptance of a refund does not constitute an admission of liability by Blue Bear Prints. This policy is not intended to be used or construed in any legal proceedings as an admission of fault or liability.
